We are one of the few companies who actively carries Polaris Ranger metal tops for 2002-2008. Of course we carry roof for 2009-2020 Single Cab Polaris Ranger UTV's. When checking out or contacting us to order, please be sure to verify your year/model Ranger so we can assure fitment. This is a full-size metal top, we periodically throughout the year do runs for mid-size models, please contact us if you have ANY questions in regards to tops for mid-size model Rangers.
Roof shown in pictures may NOT be a standard equipped roof. Options and items such as: light bars, and light bar cages are available at additional cost(s).
Polaris Ranger Single Cab Specifications:
- Sheet metal "Roof Shell" constructed of 14 guage steel
- 14 Guage 1 inch steel tube/channel mix sub-frame construction. The "skeleton" that the sheet metal is welded to that actually mounts to the UTV.
- All sheet metal is 100% laser-cut for a smooth edge. No rough notches or indentions seen with water-jet/plasma cutting techniques.
- Semi-Gloss Moderate Textured Powder Coat is standard. We also offer bed-liner and a more rugged wrinkle powder coat that is slightly more expensive then the standard semi-gloss powder finish.
- Front and Side Rails (Utlity Rack) Standard - constructed of 1 inch 14 guage steel tubing
- 1 inch tall Rain “Gutters” Front & Rear. This is a big deal! Keeps water/rain from hitting your legs and knees. Water is routed out sides away from passengers.
- U-Clamp Hardware for easy installation. NEWER Ranger's (900 Singles and 570 Full-size Singles) mount using 4 slotted holes that fasten roof via the sub-frame to the factory overhead lock-and-ride holes on Polaris. NO MODIFICATION NEEDED!
- No modification, mounts perfectly to OEM Polaris frame
- Lifetime Warranty on construction of metal. No warranty on any coatings.
