Worst Experience for an online purchase I have ever had

Ordered this for our 2019 Polaris Ranger 500 because this website says it fits on their fitment chart. DO NOT BUY! Took over a week and a half to get as they did not offer expedited shipping only to receive and it DOES NOT FIT this model of Polaris. When calling the number on the packing slip, it was the wrong number listed and then when calling the number listed on the website , they could only offer a refund that would take 14 days past the date of receiving the item back or exchange it for something else that says it fits for hundreds of dollars more. So I have to pay for your mistake and they couldn't even do anything expedite if I wanted to. Will never use this site again. The representative although wasn't rude was very unhelpful an not very customer oriented and only went with the script in front of him. He told me that that is all he is authorized to do. Didn't offer to put me to a different level of customer service or anything. Very, Very disappointed. You have lost a customer.
